I'm just in the process of putting our company website together and wondered if anyone knew of a standard terms and conditions and privacy policy template I could download? It is for an online shop.

W H Smith and waterstones who do books on this will have free CD's with them that will have all the templates you need.

Or copy the bits you want from other company's t&c etc. Have a look round similar online shops to yours and see what they use.
