my friend has a sony phone which has the cyber shot "function" which she says is the one which take loads of photos in quick succession and then splits them into frames for her to pick the best one, she can do this on her phone. im wondering do the cybershot cameras do this? she can video on her phone and it splits it into frames. is this "cybeshot"? please help

cybershot is just their marketing name for the camera range.

Many cameras do this function (taking a few images in quick succession for you to choose from). I'd guess that some of the cybershot cameras do too, but I've never used one.
Sounds like the multi-burst function which is available on cybershot (mine anyway - p200).
