Dunno who sang it on that movie, but it's been covered by countless artists. My fave versions are by Louis Armstrong & Ella Fitzgerald (as a duo), and by Ruthie Henshall.

My favourite, favourite version is by Janis Joplin. She sings it with such feeling, and the guitar is sublime.
