Sorry to ask such a stupid question when the answer is probably already on this site, but how do we insert line breaks into answers? I'm sure it used to be < BR >, but this doesn't appear to still work.

Depends on what browser you have.

IE6 works as you would nomally expect.

Just press para key

If you mean for a new paragraph, just press the return key twice.

I'm in Internet Explorer this time, instead of FireFox, and I've just realised there are some formatting options at the top of the answer box that I couldn't see before.

It should work now.  Thanks archbiship + smudge!
