Hi there,
I dont know where that specific dress is from, although I do know she does a lot of her shopping online at a site called mywardrobe.com, but it is designer clothing on there and is expensive.
I did notice that there is a really similar one in Karen Millen, you can check out the dress section of www.karenmillen.com for a browse and see what you think.

The dress is actually not designer and comes from Mango and is available online as well as in store. The product code is RLD LOLITO and is �80.
