I have recently been trying to access a particular web site thro AOL that I know has had a major update 2 days ago. I have looked at it through Internet Explorer and thro Firefox and the updates are clearly there yet when I look thro AOL it is still showing the old version of the site, does anybody have any ideas why and what I can do to solve it. Thank you Lorraine

Have you tried clearing out your temporary internet files? It sounds like you are lookng at an old version of the webpage.

You could also try holding shift while clikcing on refresh. That should force your broswer to reload the page.

Failing that, are you sure that the updates to the site have taken place?

Great thanks, just tried holding shift while refreshing and it worked, no idea why it has taken 2 days longer to reload on AOL than on my other browsers tho.

Thanks again
