Cash point theft

I was at the cash point this morning and another girl was using the other cashpoint. She was the victim of a hustler, as when she withdrew her card, the guy in the queue tapped her on the shoulder and when she turned to the left to acknowledge him, a girl stepped forward on the right and took the money that came out of the dispenser.
Of course when the girl turned back the money was gone and the girl thief was walking nonchalantly up the road and the guy also disappeared. I told the girl making the withdrawal what had happened. Now this was about 8 45am and there were 2 male members of staff waiting to go in to work. We told them what had happened and their reply was "we cannot get involved. We are not allowed to"
So it was left to me and this other girl to chase the girl thief and boy, I felt like Superwoman as we caught up and flung her to the ground and gave a few slaps.
Now as the girl got her money back, she would not call the police and I said she should.,But she let the thief go.
Funny people in the world. But I was shocked at the hustle and the attitude of the staff and everyone really.

Well done for standing up for her and helping her get her money back.
youd have thought the guys would have called the police.

and was no-one else about at that time of morning to help?

Yes there are some strange people in the world as you say, but perhaps she was in shock. What happened after you got the money back?

After she got her money back, she was all smiles and we parted ways to go to work. But I did keep nagging her to be more careful as when I'm at the cashpoint, a bomb could drop and I will not turn around.
didnt she worry about being left alone, knowing that the woman was still about?
as my alter - ego woud say hiiiiii=ya. Well done for being public spirited , but yeah I would have called the Police and had them go thro the video footage to persue the perps. Crazee lady!!!
I would have let her go to...but she wouldnt have any hands.!! Well done you.

The girl thief run off once she saw that her victim was dithering about calling the police.
You are an absolute marvel.

All that happened at 8.45 and you managed to post about here ist 8.48.

Well done. We need more people like you around funnygirl.
British justice eh!, it's past 12 and still no-ones been around to arrest you for assault
Ethel has a very very good point which nobody seems to want to address.

I think very great caution is called for, this could be a dangerous imposterererer.
See what I mean ? Exactly !!!

If you were just about to put your credit card details on this thread, then think again ! It could be a trap.

The cash point is around the corner to where I work, only minutes away!
I came to work and logged in and then not wanting to lose time off my clock, I nipped out.
That's a relief !

But it does strain credibility that you were able to log in, type 3 huge paragraphs, press Submit, get it through the swearbots - all in around THREE minutes. It's just not possible. Unless you had pre-prepared the question in the eventuality of one day being able to post it, that you had it saved on your hard drive, and that you ran from the cashpoint to your computer.

Well, am I right ?

Question Author
I am not used to being called a liar and no I did not prepare this before.
Have you considered that maybe the time was earlier than I said?
If you want more proof why don't you meet me and I will take you to meet the two male members of staff who were waiting and reluctant to help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry :(

It was a leg pull.

The AB Sherlock Holmes isn't around today.
can anyone smell pants on fire?
