i have symtoms of food poisoning. about 12 people at the same food I did. Why didn't they get sick?

If 12 other people ate the same food as you and none of them are sick then you do not have food poisoning from that particular meal.Food poisoning can vary in the length of time it takes to show symptoms so it could be from a meal either before or after the one you think caused it.Also it may not be food poisoning at all,you may have picked up a virus/tummy bug.
