My PYE video recorder model DV105/05 has developed a fault,when I want it too play it starts but stops and rejects the video I,ve looked inside and it looks as though one of the reels is not working R/H side .How can I repair this?Much obliged for any answers

Why bother if it is a PYE it must be almost a museum piece.

Throw it and buy another recorder, they are cheap enough although limited in supply, get one while you still can, try ASDA.
