Hello Again E

I think i'm right in saying that Quizmonster used to set for the Nationals but is now retired and sets on a voluntary basis for charity and theatrical publications.
Dr John is connected with the Times and is, I believe, the crossword editor for some of our weekly magazines overseeing other setters.
