lou - Just heard about this on the news! Lets hope there is no loss of life. How awful if you live in those areas that will be affected.
From your link "Norfolk Police Anne Campbell told Sky News: "We have taken the decision to evacuate some of the most honourable people in the Great Yarmouth area ahead of this expected high water early tomorrow morning."

That would have taken all of 5 minutes to evacuate the honourable people!

Guessing that they might have meant vulnerable!
Ive been keeping an eye ont eh warnings for most of the evening as I live on the east coast but luckily we are only on flood watch here. Hope it stays that way!

Good luck to all those in the higher risks areas though!
