anyone any ideas of how to uninstall norton when every time i switch computer on it automatically starts up so can't unistall as its preventing me doing anything

thanks ethel but it wouldn't work as cannot do anything because as soon as i switch computer on norton starts to run and i can't do anything .Problem first started when i was doing a full scan and i forgot and switched off while still scanning.
