OK I have had a look at Chatterbank today and also had a flit around Body & Soul. Now then it seems to me that if you have a problem with your body Ie health issues you would normally post on Health & Fitness and if you had a problem with your soul you would normally post on Religion & Sprituality, so my Q is what are the Qs that people want posted on B & S to get it back to normal. I say normal because that is what people seem to want, but I can't see what normal is supposed to be.

Hi pussnboots

I wondered that myself !
It's all down to Scotties matey. Quite simply, while they are lovely, they just can't talk properly. Repeatedly you find yourself saying 'I didn't quite catch that'

I am going to marry a Scotty person one day.

oh whiffey, isnt my reply (above) gramatically correct in it's entirety?
get your ears syringed and spectacles polished lol

will you be wearing a kilt for the occasion? (not on your bike I hope)
I understand that you want to know what type of question fits here in the main B&S category, but it's the title that confuses me...."Body & Soul V Chatterbank".....?
Chatterbank is for chat and the posted threads do not have to be questions, nor do they have to make sense.
Body and soul is for questions about your general health and mental well being.

Well Boo if you look at the quality of Qs at the moment on B & S they seem to be the same as ever.
Maybe that's what there trying to stamp out pussnboots? B&S as a category was never meant to be filled with chat. Maybe they're hoping that with the return of CB that all the chat will happen there thus returning B&S back into the category it's supposed to be?

Yes Boo I agree, but my problem is what sort of category was it supposed to be ??
As said, body and soul encompasses issues surrounding questions you have regarding your own body and soul, whether medical, personal, in relationships, fitness, social, mind and general well-being.

Chatterbank is primarily for finding out about other peoples body and soul issues by asking what you are having for tea, what you look like, or who is your favouritist/worstist ABer and the like. General chat for general things that people are not really interested in knowing about you or you about them, but ask anyway.

B&S is intended for more deep-seated matters that may or may not affect an individual at a personal level. Q's reagrding the soul can be related to addiction or depression or personality, which are not spiritual or religious matters.

You cant expect an immediate transition from the same old, but it would be interesting to see if any B&S Qs actually get moved TO Chatterbank! Personally, I think this one should be in Suggestions!
