Time on AB

I am rather curious. When someone posts a question on answerbank,there's always the date & a time at the side of the question. Is the time in BST ? Obviously if someone in Canada or the US posts a question their time will be totally different to the UK . Does answerbank adjust times so that they all match up?

I don;t think answerbank does it, i think the ISP probably does it.
