Any ideas on the approx taxi fare from Amsterdam airport to Arnhem. Its about 100 kms

btw the train takes about 1 1/4 hours changing at Utrecht and costs 15 euro. I've just got back from holiday in Holland and travelling by train was painless ( and that's with lots of luggage and a 1 year old in tow)
