At the end the song "its a miracle" by roger waters there is an old man talking, does anyone know who this is? I have an idea, but wanted to post on here to see what you come up with.

According to amazon, in the review section for the album it is Alf Razzel a friend of Bill Hubbard.Never heard this album would you recommend it?

fantastic album, i believe his best work is live though so try this for a bargain, "in the flesh" 3 disc set, two live cds, one live dvd, it is fantastic, and i've seen it going for less than �12 recently.
