Evidence bundle is a sanitised precis of the evidence produced for the ease of reference of the Court. Full evidence file can contain many more documents, statements and other information.

Thanks looneytunes for your answer

In this case the evidence bundle does not contain the copy/ print of the evidence to prove the law was broken.

The defendents solicitor has now received the full file which does have the said document so I supose this counts as disclosure.

It seems stupid when the Criminal Justice act states that any evidence to be relied on in court must be declared to their opponent , that a precis without some evidence can be issued. Also what a waste of paper giving the magistate the bundle and the full file let alone the wages to the civil servant involved
