3 prong attachments

Can anyone tell me what the small black attachments are called on camera bags that have 3 prongs that snap into a holder, you then press in the sides to release it. one of the prongs has snapped on mine and i have only just purchased the bag, ( 3yo son snapped it, so unable to return).
can you purchase them seperately ?
