I had this installed and wished to remove it, and did so via Add Remove where it no longer appears. Rebooted in case this was necessary. However, it still appears, in full working order, on the toolbar. I tried, as usual, without success to find a way of asking Google for help. Any assistance would be very welcome in removing same. I am on XP with SP2, and IE6.

Ok try this, go to run, type in msconfig (no spaces) look for the program in the start up files bit, if it here disable it, it will not remove it from the pc , but will disable it from starting up with wondows until you locate it on the pc and finally eradicate the memroy of it forever.

Thanks doomey!. Had already tried this, and the customise menu in View/toolbars, without success. "Search" did nothing for me bar the other google folders which I also had a look in. I'll try another tour through the Google help and maybe locate an email site.
