Is there a digital satellite receiver available that has 2 or more lnb inputs so channels can be viewed from satellites in different positions without moving the satelite, using a motorised satellite or re-scanning everytime i want to switch between, say german and uk channels?

Hi ryancohen,
A satellite dish has a very narrow reception angle, so being able to view two different satellites at the same time won't be possible.
You can get twin lnb sat systems with a self steering head, the sat box will remember the positonal info as well as the channel info. See here for an example

If the 2 satellites you want to view are resonably close together (ie 13 degrees and 16 degrees) then yes, 2 lnb's into one connection, if there far apart on the Clarke belt then you need a motorised or 2 dishes
