Yaaay!

Today it is a million times better!

I went round my aunties and she showed me some stretches and excersises to help the leg. She said it is called a Piriformus or 'Balerina's butt'! She has the same problem and finds that a few stretches a day can help it.

I can still feel it slightly but it's not painful at all. She also said placing a golf ball under my leg, where the pain is, and sitting on that for a bit helps as it's the same method Chiroprators use by pushing their thumbs into the muscle.

Thanks to everyone who helped yesterday.

Lol.. our names would have gone down in AB history...
but Im meek, scared of Ruby and she would just give me an utter bashing. It doesnt matter whether I am right or wrong arguing flusters me and I admit defeat straight away.

Awww Goody.. I could never give you a bashing. You are far too nice.
If I liked cuddles I would feel a group hug coming on.
