I have a jpeg image which i would like to convert to html in order to post image on myspace. How do i go about this?

What you're asking is impossible.

To post it on myspace, you need to host it somewhere. There are lots of free hosts available for this. Try flickr or imageshack:

http://imageshack.us/

(imageshack is faster to do just this and nothing more.)

http://picturepile.net/ is faster than imageshack - I'd use that instead.
