I have a spreadsheet with email addresses on. I need to input all of these email addresses onto a database,. Everytime I click the 'email address' cell, it automatically tries to generate an email. I have sussed out how to 'remove the hyperlink' (i.e. simply making it a text field using '1', copy, paste special etc) BUT I need to make them all proper working hyperlinks to email addresses once again when I have finished.
Any ideas?!

If they are still in Excel after you paste them into a cell go to the formula bar click in the space at the end of the link and click enter. Its a bit a pain if you have loads but a quick fix if not. Not sure what the proper way of doing it is.
The easiest way to get them all back to hyperlinks is to highlight all of the boxes, then do Format > Style, and select 'Hyperlink' in the drop down box. To revert to text, do the same but select 'Normal'.

Hope that helps!
