Cups and teapots with feet

Can anyone tell me the name of the designer or maker of the pottery cups and teapots that have feet and legs. They were very popular several years back and the feet are wearing shoes like little children wear. I think that some also "sat" down on the edge of shelves. Thanks in anticipation.

I think its Carlton Ware sometimes refered to as 'Walking ware'
