There is a song that states "It never rains in Southern California". Daytime wise, San Fran will be warm and sunny but not baking hot. LA will be warmer still (like a UK summers day). Vegas is always hot - even into the night. After about 1AM the temp drops quickly, but by the time you wake up after a night out in Vegas, it's warm again - trust me! The only temp figures I have are for LA, where the day temps will be about 23c and the night time minimum will be 10c. It was 10c today in parts if the UK!
Actually in mid to late November, you may run into the rainy season in San Francisco... right around then it starts raining off and on through the spring. LA will still be hot and sunny.
Go here: http://www.wunderground.com/US/CA/Los_Angeles.html and look at the seasonal averages (History and Almanac section) - you can also look at weather data for individual days in the past (today in 1985 was 28DegC!)
I know you have had some answers but I think www.weather.com is the best, you just type the US City and it gives the current and average temps for the year.
