anyone got any experience of this company?
we've been offered a "free" holiday including flights for going to their presentation.
we've done this type of thing before with timeshare companies and had free accomodation but never been offered flights as well.
anyone know of any catches, apart from the hard sell which doesn't convince us!

club la costa are a timeshare company - which they tell you they are not!

I did one of these with them. Free flights and accommodation.

Must admit, besides the hard sell which they didn't get me on I had a fabulous holiday in top class accommodation!

As long as you don't let them talk you into anything then i'd say go for it!
I've just won a holiday with this company and my sister did about 3 weeks ago - we both entered different compertitions. We have been told to go to book the holiday in Manchester and there is a booking fee of about 30 each. We are concerned that this is a scam and we won't actually get the holiday or see our money again.
So it's a time share company then?
Is it ok to go on the holiday even if you have no intention or funds to actually buy any property then?
Even if they did hard sell we are not in the situation where we can possibly buy. Should we just go for it anyway just being prepaired for the hard selling they will try on us?
How can we be sure that the apartment will be available when we arrive etc?
Any advice would be welcomed.
Wouldn't touch um wi a barge pole.
We're just back from a Free week's holiday at Club la Costa near Fuengirola in Spain. We had to pay 60 each in total but got to take another couple with us. Also had to pay taxi fare from the airport which was 38 Euros each way, but had a fabulous holiday. Accommodation is not five star, but is perfectly acceptable - clean and well appointed apartment.

We did have to attend a further "presentation" during the holiday but there was no hard sell and we got to see one of their top of the range apartments, which was gorgeous.

We went with pretty low expectations, having read some dodgy reviews on TripAdvisor.com but were pleasantly surprised.

If you tell them you already own timeshare you can get out of the presentation pretty painlessly!
