use the tanning accelerators the shop stocks they stop you burning and you dont need to use sunbeds as often

If you REALLY want a tan, they come in a bottle these days!! Bottles that DON'T cause skin cancer!!

I have been going on the sunbed most days for the past 2 months, (just been up the road to it now actually) and I onlt do 3 mins a time, I have no worrries about it as i have read all the advice and info and follow the guidelines. I don't use sun lotion before hand but i do exfoliate and moisturise daily.
