A few weeks ago i purchased a painting which cost 450. Now included in the price was framing of piece. When we got it home we noticed that under the glass was a couple of little pecs of the mounting board, these were very small but as they were over a black part of the painting there were noticeable.
They re-framed the piece and today Mrs went to pick it up and now there is a few lines of what looks like dust under the glass and the frame has 3 small nicks in the bottom, after spending 450 on this i want it perfect, or am i being too fussy and expect too much????

Mrs is going to take it back tomorrow am i being unreasonable??

i think that after spending so much on it you'r right to want it perfect and if it can be re done now's the time - your only going to look at it for the next how many years and think 'it's nice, but not perfect' and now you see the flaws they will stand out to you forever. and think of the artist - they have spent time doing it for you to enjoy and its only fair to them that it's finished to the same standard.
take it back for sure. it will always bother you otherwise
