How much would you expect to pay per year in ground rent for a one bed flat in a building that has just two flats in and has been recently refurbished? Also is it usual to have to pay 50% of the buildings insurance? many thanks.

I can not help you with the ground rent, but if the 2 flats are of a similar size then to share the insurance cost is normal
