when you have submitted your answer you get a list of questions that are similar. You have to scroll down to the bottom of those and then it says do you still want to submit? press yes and I think your question will come up.
you are probably doing this anyway so otherwise i dont have a clue what you must do!!

Hello Val. When you had typed your answer did you click on the box "I want to subscribe to this thread" before you clicked on submit?
