Transition to red top milk.

I have decided to make a few changes to my diet and was just wondering if anybody has successfully switched to fat-free or red top milk.

I drink up to 8 pints a day of either full fat or semi-skimmed and really can not stand red top, especially in tea and coffee.

If they have been successful, do they still enjoy the ********** that passes for milk? And how long does it take to get used to it?

PS I do not require any diet tips or exercise tips, thank you. I am not on a diet, nor ever will be!!!!!

I have semi-skimmed at home but when I stop at my boyfriends I have to have yukky skimmed on my cereal! It's ok in hot drinks but on cereal or as a drink on its own its a bit watery!
Hi Joe... Honestly you get used to skimmed milk. I used to have semi skimmed then switched to skimmed for health reasons and i soon got used to it!! It makes it a real treat when i stay at friends houses who drink semi skimmed, it tastes like cream!!
Hi Joe, we use to drink semi skimmed, now we drink skimmed. I could not go back to semi now.
