I would like a camcorder, were i can record and put the recording onto my laptop and edit it aswell, at a good price at the same time, does anyone no what sort of camcorder to get (mini dv, digital, hard disk, dvd)?

I am a member of a camcorder club and at the moment there is more versatility in having a minidv camcorder. I will leave others to help you with connection and transferring to a PC.
