does anyone know how i can do dried fruit at home,especially bananas and apples.ta!

I dry mushrooms in a fan oven, with the door propped slightly ajar. Probably would work for other things.
I put it on at the lowest it'll go (about 100 C) for half an hour, then half an hour of cold fan.
Spread things about, ideally on racks (but with something beneath as they'll fall off).
You can also buy solar or electric driers.
