My cat has had two kittens on Thursday. Its now Monday and she keeps following me and meowing. I dont know what she wants. I was with her the whole day on Thursday and she has been a great mum. But I dont know what she wants me to do. She had her babies under my bed and ive made another bed for her under my dressing table, she did a wee in it today which is really unlike her. She has a litter tray in my bedroom at the moment (which I dont like, but hopefully its only for a while). Ive obviously changed the blankets and she is sitting in it but keeps meowing, ive fed her gave her some milk. Stroked her but she wont stop. What does she want me to do? does she want me to move the kittens in the new box? please please help. S0nic. xx

Just read your question and feel sorry that you have no replies. I dont think I can help much as I have tom cats. Might be best to get the vet to have a look at her if she is still acting strange, she may be in pain, did the kittens birth seem straight forward?
I had a queen like this (I breed pedigrees) - she just wanted me to stay with her for reassurance. I ended up sitting in the room with her for 5 days until she would let me leave her without making a fuss. Is it her first litter? Could be she's just not sure what to do and is looking to you for guidance and reassurance.
Is she feeding and cleaning the kittens alright? Is she eating ok herself? My cats have never left their kittens for the first few days. I would get her checked by the vet in case she has not passed everything and is feeling uncomfortable, and in which case she could end up being very ill.

However, as this was posted on Monday I am assuming things are ok by now.
