pavlova never fails

dont have a question but have an answer for anybody who wants to make this.

6 eggs (room temperature)
8oz caster sugar.
1teaspoonful vinegar (any colour)
1 heaped teaspoonful cornflour
Separate eggs. Whisk egg whites until very stiff. Throw away yolks. Whisk in small taste of caster sugar at a time holding very high up until 8 ozs is gone.
add vinegar and cornflour.
Turn onto either greased plate and have oven ready
at 150 degrees - keep that temperature and bake for one hour and 15 minutes.

You have just wasted six egg yolks ? Thrown them away ? To make a Pavlova ? Those yolks could have been used for something .You can freeze them or they will keep in the fridge for several days to be used in a sauce or something .How wasteful.

sorry - not a cook or baker just know how to make a pavlova - wouldnt know what to do with yolks - okay dokey
