I live in a windy area and rubbish blows about, particularly after the binmen have been. My neighbour insists that it`s mine, although I have told her that I don`t use the products that she finds in her garden, eg sporting newspapers, ciggy packets [don`t smoke]. Now she has started to put this rubbish through my letter box.
How do I stand over this legally? Tried talking to her but she just starts shouting and I`m not going down that road. Thanks.

Ithink I`ll ask a policeman friend and inform Health/Safety but please keep the ideas coming in.
put it all in a package and put it in a postbox - with no stamps on it - she will have to pay the postage to retrieve her parcel as well as an extra penalty charge. lol

include a note politely explaining that these are her items and nothing to do with you. he he
Douse her in petrol, light a match....
