I have a 2 year old neutered cat who, for over 10 days now has been either limping on his right front leg or only going on 3 legs therefore not using the leg at all. The vet can't find anything wrong with him. He's eating, bullying my other 2 cats and is completely well and happy. No pain, when the vet manipulates the leg. What the.............??

Our dog limped...nothing found until one day he was lying in the sunshine all four paws up in the air I saw just a slight glint on his paw....anyway to cut a long story short it was a very small shard of glass in his paw causing him to limp. Once removed he was fine.
If your cat goes outside alot, then it could be grass seed, which can be really sharp and work their way into the pads of both dogs and cats, causint internal inflamation, but no localised pain
