is there any programs can retrieve my deleted files even after formatting my computer ?

I researched this after my father in laws laptop hhd went, and it was going to cost me �3500 to retrieve the data, somehow i think it was a typo on the site, however i could not find any vendor that would do this cheaper, so all my memories of a oliday in South Africa were lost.

In short, no theres no program to my knowledge that can do this. Shame, if someone could make one they could be rich.

if its possible, try using a hard drive caddie, i bought one from pc world for �25, i took the hdd out of my pc (it wouldnt load windows on start up) but i was able to recover the data i needed from the disk. just a thought. mine has its onw power lead and connected to my laptop by usb.
