Installing aftermarket CD changer HELP

I have a Ford Focus (2001) with factory fit stereo and want to fit a cd changer, I have bought a harness adapter but there were no instructions with it as to where I should plug into my car. PLEASE HELP

Are they compatible first ?
If so the harness adapter should plug into the stereo the at back.
