Just hit a rather annoying problem, I've recently upgraded my phone and I still have a few messages saved on my old phone. Now would it be possible for me to transfer these to my new phone somehow? Obviously my old simcard has died now so I can not text them to myself. I was thinking maybe bluetooth? My old phone (with the meessages on) is a Nokia 6680 and my new one a Nokia 5300, both with the network Orange :) Any help would be much appriciated. Thank you kindly xx.

you can use the phone with any sim card.

just buy a new sim card for the phone, then text to your new one.

they will of course register as having come from you not the sender, unless you have a forward facility
get nokia pc suite save messages to your computer from old phone then transfer them to the new one worked for me anyhow
