I was recently sold a car privately by a driving school, I was sold it with a warranty that would be transferred to me. After waiting a month for Peugeot to get issue the documents the advised me that the Warranty had expired due to excess mileage. The Driving School advised that they would resolve the issue or pay for anything required under the Warranty. I took car for first MOT and it passed, two weeks later my gear box went still within the Warranty time had there been one. Do you think the Driving School should still pay for the work or at least reimburse me some money?
