Is it possible to transfer Photo Slides to DVDs?

Yes. You would need a scanner capable of scanning negatives and slides such as the epson rx520, rx700 and I'm sure many others. Once you have scanned the slides you can burn them for viewing through a DVD player using Nero.

Just a little more information to add to what has been said.

I googled for negative and slide scanner and there is a lot of choice - at wildly differing prices.

Some all in one scanner, copier, printers have the same capabilities.

If you already have a scanner, contact the manufacturer to see if an adaptor is available.
