The recipe you seek, I feel, is what is now called the "No point Vegetable Soup", as it contains no weight watchers points. The recipe is (to serve two):
1 can of tomatoes,
4 carrots, cubed,
2 courgettes, cubed,
1 onion, chopped
1/2 pint vegetable stock
(any other vegetables can be added to alter the flavour, but this is the original and basic recipe)
Put all in a pan and simmer for 20 mins. For a smooth soup blend it all, for a chunky soup, only blend half.
