No, not yet, still a bit breezy and chilly out, you might catch a cold...wear leg warmers or (white) tights inside the shorts if you just can't wait!

do you mean for work? yes it is, you may not feel comfortable sitting at your desk if the air con is turned low, i would wait a while, don't want to impress the staff too early
