Should a baby polar bear be killed?

An adorable baby polar bear should be killed according to animal rights activists. They believe he should be given the lethal injection and spared the humiliation of being treated as a domestic pet. When the bear was born his mother ignored him, and so staff at the Berlin zoo made the decision to hand rear him. What do you think? Should this bear's 'dignity' be spared and him be killed? Or should this rare species be allowed to live?
