Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I've just received this quiz and I notice that several answers begin with the same letters - e.g. there are four on the trot that are S & S. As the number of letters is not given, does it matter if, as long as you come up with the correct pairs, they are not against the right number?

I just had that conversation with my hubby who asked how I knew where to put it. I am presuming it doesnt matter but as I cant think of 4 S & S at the moment it isnt going to matter - lol
There are other duplicates too including 2 P and P and they arent even together and as you say as there are no number of letters I would hate to be the one to mark this

I was hoping the person who posted this quiz would reply. I can think of loads of S & S from Sooty and Sweep to Steptoe and son, Sweet & sour, sugar and spice.
