When you have dual fuel, petrol and LPG, how is the emissions test carried out? Both fuels or the least emissions overall?

My husband an MOT tester says they test both. Buy one get one free

As i am a tester you only test what the car is running on at the time of the test

the tester that checks them both should re sit is test as he does not know what he is doing
