Nokia N73 secondary camera problems

I recently got a Nokia N73. The main camera on the back has been working great but I tried to make a video call today for the first time and found that the secondary camera above the keypad produces a picture which is bright pink and makes me look like I have an extreme case of sunburn!!! It also has blue flashes on it. I've tried changing the settings but nothing's helped. Has anyone else has this problem?

i have this phone but dont bother with the secondary camera because the picture quality is so bad and when the main camera is so good on it, theres no need for the secondary one imo

I agree about the quality of the primary camera but the secondary camera is essential when you want to make video calls. My price plan gives me 50 minutes of video calls a month so I need it to work better than this.
