What excercises can you do for your lower abs. I did crunches for the upper ones and now wud like to know how to get lower ones showing...bit odd i know. Shud i just stick to normal situps?

A good start point would be leg raises. Also seated knee ins are pretty tough.

I was told from a keep fit teacher that if you pull in your pelvic floor muscle (as if you trying to stop yourself peeing)then do sit-up whilst holding pelvic floor muscle that this helps tighten lower stomach muscles. Ive just tried this with and without and sure enough you can feel different muscles being used!!!

Wow! Sounds different to the regular kind of workout!
further to ilovemarkb, try tensing your quads and abs (suck them in) and clenching your fists, then do the sit up dead slow. Lots of low rep sets too.
