Would anyone have a recipe for a dipping sauce for pot stickers? I regularly went to a nearby Chinese restaurant where I loved the fried and steamed dumplings. They have closed and I find that although the dumplings elsewhere are good, the sauces they serve don't compare. Since I usually get take out anyway, having my own sauce at home would solve my problem. (If I liked it)

2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
